Refund Policy

Damages & Order Issues

We take great care in packing and preparing each order with love and intention. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately upon receiving your package. We will promptly assess the issue and work with you to make things right.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the items and packaging in your email to help expedite the process. 

Exchanges

To receive an exchange, please initiate a return of the original item. Once we’ve accepted your return, you may place a new order for the item you wish to receive. This ensures you get what you want as quickly as possible. Note that some items are out of stock or one of a kind, and not one crystal is identical to another.

Returns & Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be eligible for a refund, store credit, or an exchange.

Important Notes:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Tracking must be provided for all return shipments.

Returns must be approved prior to shipping. Please email us for the correct return address.

Refunds may take time to reflect depending on your bank or card provider.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us.

What makes Queens Crystals different?

Every item at Queens Crystals is hand-selected for quality and energetic integrity. All crystals are AAA-grade along with being intentionally activated and cleansed before shipping — free of charge. Your crystals arrive fully charged with love, light, and healing energy. 

Are your crystals authentic?

Absolutely. We source only high-quality, ethically-obtained crystals and pay premium prices to ensure we uphold the Queens Crystals standard. Each piece is unique in color, shape, and form — as nature intended.

How are orders packaged?

Orders are packaged with the utmost care using bubble wrap, tissue paper, and reusable bags to ensure safe arrival. We photograph every order and cross-check with staff to confirm accuracy before shipping.

How does shipping work?

We ship worldwide via Canada Post with tracking included on every order.

Once shipped, your tracking number can be entered on the Canada Post website for updates.

Some packages may require a signature. If you miss the delivery, a slip will be left for pick-up.

Unclaimed packages returned to us after 15 days are non-refundable, but you may choose to pay for re-shipping.

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and quantity. A $5 handling fee is added to each order to cover packaging materials and preparation time.

Do your crystals have imperfections?

Yes — and that’s part of their magic. Crystals are natural formations and may include internal fractures, inclusions, or surface variations. We strive to capture these in our photos, but lighting and angles can alter their appearance. Each piece is truly one-of-a-kind.

Are your crystals a replacement for medical treatment?

Queens Crystals offers metaphysical tools that support emotional, spiritual, and energetic wellness. However, our products are not intended to replace medical care or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns. Crystals are a powerful tool in your healing toolbox — not the only one.
